Desert/Coastal Shrub terrain with some sandy areas. Mostly double track, some single track. intermediate/advanced areas with steep climbs mixed with long moderate climbing sections. Great view from Terri Peak of lake Perris and Bernasconi hills to south.
From 60E exit Moreno Beach Blvd and head west. Pass Via Del lago and park in lot to Moreno Valley Hospital. From parking lot head east and make right on Via Del Lago. Entrance to trail is just past first right. (Do not need to pass entrance kiosk to Lake perris park). Head up fire road (westbound) until entrance gate, and trail becomes double track. Follow up to Terri Peak
